I’ve worked with athletes of all experience levels and abilities — from beginner athletes just trying to get the most out of their workout class to marathoners aiming to reach a new PR.

Want to get your family or a group of friends together to learn some basic kitchen skills and how to pull easy meals together in a pinch? I’ll come to your kitchen to teach you the basics of putting together a meal plan and how to stock your pantry and fridge for success. We’ll make 1-2 of the meals together so you can see how easy they are. Must be within 25 miles of Boston.
