Win Back Your Time, Energy, & sanity With Proven systems to take back mealtime

Learn my secrets to serving nourishing and delicious meals the whole family will love with limited planning and prep

It’s 6pm. The kids are HANGRY. Ok, you are, too! Your patience is running thin. And you don’t know what’s for dinner. You rummage through the fridge to see what you can pull together and come up short. Feeling frustrated and a bit guilty that you didn’t plan a healthy dinner, you call for take out (or reach for the boxed mac ‘n cheese). Again.

It doesn’t have to be this way, mama! With a just a few simple, proven systems in place, you can have easy and healthy meals on the table in no time.

Does this sound like you?

You’re overwhelmed with the meal planning and prep process, and cooking meals for your family feels like a full-time job.

You’d rather spend weekends outside with your family making memories than in the kitchen prepping meals for the week.

You want to eat and feed your family healthy meals, but feel like it takes too much time and brain space.

Your evenings feel hectic and you feel like you’re missing out on family time to cook meals.

And you feel like you've tried everything...

Writing (and buying) very specific meal plans

Meal prepping all your meals

Meal delivery kits

Winging it with what you have on hand

Creating meal rotations

Planning 2 weeks at a time

Life gets in the way or you get tired of what you prepped and you end up wasting food.

Meal planning and prep feels tedious and takes too much time.

You forgot to buy the garlic and your whole plan goes to sh*t.

What if I told you there was a better way?

Imagine this. It’s 6pm and your kids and partner are asking what’s for dinner. Instead of feeling panicked and a little resentful that you’re always the one that has to figure it out, you feel like you’re winning the night because you not only know exactly what you’re making, but you feel confident you can get it on the table fast and it’s something you feel great about serving your family.

What Client's are Saying

“When I started working with Sarah, we were doing a lot of take out and frozen food. I was gaining weight, feeling bad about myself, and worried about my health. She quickly showed me that healthy eating can be simple and helped make sure I had all of the right ingredients on hand to throw together a satisfying meal, fast. Lunch and dinner were a really problem for me, especially when I am spending all evening driving my kids to activities. I now have a plan and a back up plan for my busy lifestyle. “

Geri, working mom of 2

“I never would have survived this crazy time without the work I did with Sarah. We’re like a well oiled machine in terms of knowing what to buy, leveraging the pantry, making big batches and being efficient with meal prep. I would have felt really overwhelmed by all the aspects of shelter in place 6 months ago, but we’re in really good shape when it comes to food.”

Lucy, toddler mom who works from home part-time

“Sarah is a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and she has a lot of great ideas about how to eat healthy when you’re living a busy life on-the-go. As a medical resident, I have absolutely zero times to make meals. She helped me do a full pantry clean out and stock, including what to keep in bulk and on-hand in the pantry, fridge, and freezer. I learned about new ingredients like millet and got new ideas for using old ingredients like oatmeal, which I never know I could make into a savory dinner in a pinch! Sarah gets the psychology of getting bored cooking and eating the same things all the time, so she helped me make things more interesting by teaching me how to make a few different sauces to keep things fresh when I’m using the same ingredients. She also had great practical tips like how to avoid letting food go bad and having some back up frozen veggies just in case things get crazy by the end of the week.”
