I’m Sarah, registered dietitian nutritionist, certified intuitive eating counselor, and mom of 2 who runs on coffee and a strong passion for helping other women feel confident around food and in their bodies.

I spent a lot of my 20’s and early 30’s worrying about what I ate and trying to control my body. I know what it’s like to track every bite of food and to “run out” of calories by 4pm.

Understand and unlearn

In this essential phase of UNDIETing, we’ll explore all of the diet rules and beliefs that are keeping you from reaching your goals. You’ll understand the harms of dieting and build strategies to unlearn these behaviors so you can build new, healthy ones.



In week 2, you’ll connect with your hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues and learn how to respond your body’s cues to help you decide what, when and how much to eat.



In week 3, you’ll learn what foods and eating patterns will balance your blood sugar, which will in turn increase energy, reduce cravings, and help you feel your best. I’ll help you identify where you’ve been going “wrong” and what you can do to eat healthier without restriction.



This week we’ll create strategies around meal planning, grocery shopping, stocking your kitchen, and cooking food to make it easy to solidify your new healthy habits.



Week 5 is all about building your emotional coping skills and enhancing your eating skills with the ability to respond to emotions in a helpful way without food.



Lastly, you’ll solidify trust in your body by letting go of any remaining diet habits. We’ll also have time this week to revisit any areas in which you’re struggling or could use further guidance. As a founding member, you have the opportunity to help shape the final week.

You may have heard that intuitive eating (the foundation of the UNDIET method) is a weight-neutral approach, which means that weight loss is not the focus of this program (but we’re not anti-weight loss!). This is because we know that focusing on weight loss can actually have the complete opposite effect you’re going for. In fact, research shows that the pursuit of weight loss leads to long-term weight GAIN. Ugh. Instead of focusing on weight loss, we help you build healthy habits that you can actually keep up…for life. And these healthy habits will help you reach a weight that is easy for you to maintain (aka your body’s “happy weight”) so you can finally stop the cycle of losing and gaining and move on with your life.

Yes! The UNDIET Method is very different than what you see on social media or even what you might learn from reading an intuitive eating book. We hold your hand through the hard parts and don’t leave you out flailing just to end up bingeing on all of those foods you’re letting yourself eat again. There’s a strategic step-by-step process that we’ve perfected over the last 10 years. If you’re ready to make a change, do things differently and are open to being coached through it, then it will work for you.

The lessons and live coaching calls are on Tuesdays from 12-1p ET via zoom. If you can’t attend live, replays of all calls will be shared and can be watched at anytime throughout the 6-week program. You can also submit questions ahead of time if you can’t attend live.

Week 6 will be on Tuesday Nov 28th as we will not have class the week of Thanksgiving.

The 2 bonus hot seat coaching calls will be on weeks 3 and 6 of the program. Group members will get to vote for the best time for these calls the first week of the program to ensure the most people can join the live sessions for coaching.

You don’t NEED to join the Facebook group if you really don’t want. But that’s where we’ll have community discussions outside of our live coaching calls (those happen on zoom) and there is so much benefit to connecting with other women who are experiencing the same challenges (and wins!) as you.

All worksheets, guides, handouts, and journal prompts are yours for life (you just have to download them from your portal). The coaching call replays will be available through the end of 2023 (1 month after the program finishes). Live messaging with Sarah will end on Thursday, December 8th.

We stand behind our program and know that it can bring you amazing results if you actually put in the work. While we can’t just wave a magic wand and heal your relationship with food and help you build the healthy habits, we do know what works and how to help you get there. So, commit to the work. If you complete all of the following and after the 6 weeks don’t feel like something has helped you move towards food freedom and building healthy habits that last (and have the tools to continue to practice this), we’ll refund your entire program fee. You must:

  • Attend all 6 live group coaching sessions (or watch the replays).
  • Have asked at least 1 question per week during the live Q&A or submit a question ahead of time via Facebook group if you can’t attend live.
  • Attend both of the bonus hot seat coaching calls and ask for support on these calls (this cannot be done via replay).
  • Complete all worksheets and journal exercises and submit proof of completion via Healthie by uploading screenshots of your work into your documents.
  • Complete 1 full week of food journaling and submit to Sarah for review during the assigned week of the program.
  • Engage with all Monday “aha” moments and Wednesday wins posts on Facebook each week during the 6 week program.
  • Ask at least one question via chat in Healthie to address your concerns/road blocks throughout the program.
