About Sarah Gold Nutrition
Hey there, I’m Sarah
A registered dietitian nutritionist, mom, spin instructor, runner, coffee and wine drinker, and all-around food enthusiast. In my practice, I help busy people fuel their active lives so they can feel their best.

My Philosophy
Food is so much more than a group of nutrients on your plate. It’s what nourishes both your body and your soul. It’s an expression of your upbringing and culture. It’s a way in which we celebrate and how many of us show love. Whether it’s a kale salad or a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie, I believe there is a time and place for it all.
Because, life’s too short not to enjoy what you eat.
I pair the science with the reality of life (hello kids, work, and other responsibilities). As a mom to a toddler and puppy, I am always on-the-go and understand how challenging it can be to prioritize wellness and self-care. Together, we develop real-life, approachable solutions that will empower you to feel your best without the stress.
