nourished kids, confident mom
Raise kids who eat well-balanced meals, trust their bodies, and grow up with a healthy relationship to all foods.
Imagine a life where…

you cook one meal for the whole family
everyone sits down and eats it. And if they complain…you know exactly how to handle it without cooking a separate meal (or making them go hungry).

your kid isn’t sweet obsessed
Yes, they enjoy sweets, but they don’t ask for them all day long. And they’re even leaving remnants of cookies, ice cream, candy, or cake on their plate to run off and play.

mealtimes are about connection, not control
You trust your kid to eat the amount they need for their body on any given day without making them try a bite or stop eating bread.
This is life when you’ve created an environment that fosters self-trust, curiosity, and safety for your kids around food. What are you waiting for?

Hi, I’m Sarah!
registered dietitian nutritionist, certified intuitive eating counselor, and mom of 2 who runs on coffee and a strong passion for helping other moms raise kids to become healthy, intuitive eaters and kids who feel confident in their bodies.
I’ve worked with women for 15 years to divest from diet culture and rebuild a healthy relationship to food and their body. And through our work, I noticed that so many of their eating struggles began in childhood with well-meaning parents trying to get their kids to eat more nutritious food and less dessert.
Once I became a mom, I observed that so much of what I was helping my clients to fix was still being passed down unintentionally to their children, especially when navigating picky eating, sweet obsession, or weight concerns.
Meanwhile, while feeding my own children (now 4 & 7), I realized just how hard it is to feed kids with ever changing taste preferences, and despite doing my best to avoid it, I still ended up navigating picky eating twice.
The strategies I teach my clients are the same ones that I use in my home that have now helped my kids eat (and love) salmon, Thai coconut curry, asparagus, avocado toast, kale chips, and more.
