Everyone talks about the freedom of eating the don Everyone talks about the freedom of eating the donuts and fries…but you know what no one talks about enough? The freedom you feel when you forget about the ice cream in the freezer or the Cheez-its in the pantry.✨This happened to my client recently. Comment or DM me ‘show me’ to watch a 5-mintue video where I share how she got there.✨If you’ve never forgotten about junk food in your house, I know that you’re probably thinking…that could NEVER be me.You marvel at those people who can keep the bowl of m&ms on the counter without eating it all immediately. It’s so foreign. That’s exactly how it was for my client, S.Every time she bought a box of Cheez-its, she’d promise herself she’d just eat a few. But inevitably she’d get halfway through the box.And she’d either finish it (even though she was full and felt sick) because she had to get it out of the house.Or she’d throw the box away (in the garage) because she couldn’t trust herself to not go back and eat the rest.A few weeks ago she told me she found an open box in her pantry that was still 1/4 full and she hadn’t eaten them in 2 weeks. She didn’t hide them. She just didn’t want them. And then forgot about them. This wasn’t a fluke. It’s the norm for her now.Want to learn more about how she got there? I recorded a 5-minute video spilling all the deets on what we did to help her achieve the kind of food freedom.Comment or DM ‘show me’ and I’ll send it right over (it’s free and you don’t have to enter your email or anything to watch it).
Why did no one tell us motherhood came with a full Why did no one tell us motherhood came with a full-time food management job?

You’re the meal planner, grocery shopper, snack packer, and cook — for kids who change their minds about what they like daily.Meanwhile, you’re also constantly running another mental checklist:

Did that meal have enough protein? Enough fiber?
Should I eat less today to make up for the takeout last night?
How do I save calories for dinner out this weekend? No wonder you’re exhausted. But food doesn’t have to feel this heavy.I help moms eliminate the mental load around food — no more tracking, overthinking, or second-guessing every meal.✨Just food that helps you feel your best.
✨Choices that support your health and your sanity.
✨And way less noise in your brain. What’s even better?
When food feels easier for you, it gets easier for your kids, too. You’re showing them what it looks like to have a calm, confident relationship with food — one that’s nourishing, flexible, and free from guilt. And when you heal your relationship to food, you realize you don’t have to stress quite as much about every bite of food your kids do or don’t eat. 💕Ready for that kind of freedom?DM me MENTAL LOAD and let’s chat about how to make food feel simple again
When she stopped trying to control her eating and When she stopped trying to control her eating and learned how to work with her body, she finally found real control. The fix wasn’t discovering more willpower
It wasn’t tighter control
It wasn’t giving up her favorite foods or using those portion control containers that kept her feeling safe.💕It was eating enough for HER body
🍳It was nourishing her body with the right balance of protein, carbs, and fat
🤔It was unlearning all of those diet rules that kept her questioning every bite of foodAnd now she doesn’t panic when her teenagers bring home chips and candy. When her husband orders pizzaOr when she goes out to eat with friends and the portions are double what she’s serve herself. If you’re ready for that kind of control…and ultimately freedom, I currently have 3 open spots in my highly personalized 1-1 coaching program. DM me ‘UNDIET’ to see if it’s a good fit.
People are often shocked to hear that I let my kid People are often shocked to hear that I let my kids eat dessert every night. But as a registered dietitian, I can tell you—it’s not because I don’t care what they eat.

It’s because I do.Nightly dessert has helped normalize sweets in our home. And when dessert isn’t a big deal, kids don’t treat it like it’s the most exciting part of the day.

They can stop when they’re full AND satisfied.

They can enjoy a cookie and get excited about fresh fruit or veggies. But here’s the truth:
It’s really hard to raise kids who trust themselves around sweets if you don’t.If you still feel guilt, shame, or that “all or nothing” panic around sugar...

If part of you still wants to hide the treats or only allow them on weekends...

That’s totally understandable. It’s how most of us were taught to think about sweets.

It’s just a sign that you need to work on your own relationship with food.Helping your kids build a healthy relationship with food starts with healing your own.Let’s break the restrict-binge-guilt sugar cycle—for you and for them. That’s exactly what I help my clients do.DM me “UNDIET” if you want to learn more about working together.
She could rely on willpower — but we all know ho She could rely on willpower — but we all know how that ends, right?Instead of fighting her biology (because she was HUNGRY) and trying to willpower her way through (which only was leading her to eat a whole sleeve of graham crackers while making dinner), I helped her come up with a plan that will help her avoid that frantic snack (that turned into a meals worth of calories) by shifting how she ate the rest of the day.I didn’t guess. I didn’t give her a generic plan. I created a super personalized plan that I know will work for her body and her life.We used data we had from her learning to listen to her body on days when she was not at work.Plus an understanding of her unique needs (based on her stage of life)And then I considered what work actually work for her schedule. And she walked away knowing exactly when to eat, what to eat to fill her up without ruining dinner, and how to tweak if things don’t go as planned. This is the kind of personalized support you get when you work 1-1 with me.If you’re ready to stop relying on willpower, stop guessing, and have a plan that actually stops your overeating, cravings, and guilt that comes along with it…DM me “I’m ready” and we’ll have a no-pressure convo to see if it’s a good fit.
Sammy spent years on and off WW. She tried Noom. E Sammy spent years on and off WW. She tried Noom. Eating more protein. Getting foods out of the house. She even worked with another dietitian who gave her more rules and a meal plan…which made her eating problems worse. 😩That’s because none of these things got to the root of her eating issues.Once she found me (and my signature process — The UNDIET Method), her nighttime binges disappeared. She started to notice herself leaving food on her plate. She no longer “needed” the donuts her coworker brought in.And she stopped reaching for the cheese and crackers or chocolate at night evenAnd then — she went on back-to-back trips — one for work, another for family vacation — both that had all-you-can eat situations. She never overate. The best part? Food thoughts no longer consume her, which allows her to show up more for her kids.Because she learned how to work with her body instead of constantly fighting against it.I break it all down for you in a 5-minute video. Comment ‘show me’ and I’ll send it to you.
